This is a series.
A man whose mother was bitten while pregnant has a vampire's strengths and none of its weaknesses, and spends his life hunting them. He opens in a blood rave under a meatpacking plant and works up to a young vampire trying to wake a blood god. Made two years before X-Men, it was the first Marvel adaptation to make real money.
