About the work

Le Misanthrope (The Misanthrope)

A man who has resolved to tell the absolute truth to everyone finds it makes him a lawsuit, several enemies and no happiness, and that he is in love with the most practised flatterer in the salon. A comedy whose hero is right about everybody and impossible to be near.
