About the work

Mindhunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit

John Douglas, a founder of the FBI's criminal profiling unit, recounts how he and his colleagues interviewed imprisoned serial killers in the 1970s to understand how they thought, and how that knowledge was used to profile and catch murderers. The book walks through the cases that made the method, from the Atlanta child murders to the Green River killer.
